The new puppets of the Museum
The Puppet Museum, in its 9 years of existence at Convento das Bernardas, has received the support and collaboration of many people – in the form of donation or cession of diversified kinds of materials, of national and foreign puppeteers and individuals. This makes us extremely satisfied, inasmuch as such donations and cessions mirror the general public’s confidence in us and in our work. The purpose of this exhibition is to share with the general public those new puppets that gradually joined the Museum, adding value to its collections and showing the diversity and vitality of puppet life.
