Tuesday to Sundays – 10 am to 6 pm (last admissions 5.30 pm)

The Museum is closed on Mondays, 1 January, 1 May, 24, 25 December and 31 December (afternoon)

Covid-19 preventive measures

For your safety and ours

  • Groups of less than 5 people only;
  • Mask use within the building is mandatory;
  • Sanatize your hands often;
  • Avoid gatherings;
  • Keep a safety distance of 2 meters;
  • Pay by card, please;
  • Adopt a proper respiratory hygiene;
  • Dispose masks and gloves in the proper bin;
  • Follow our staff recommendations;

Accessibility

The Museu provides easier accessibility for the disabled – elevator platform, ramps, and lift.
The entrance is done by a different door on the side of the building. Since a Museum worker has to be present, please advise us – by phone or other – on your ETA.

 

Regulations

Shows

Once the show begins it is not allowed to enter the room, and tickets will not be exchanged or refunded.
It is not allowed to take photographs or to film without previous authorisation.
It is not allowed to use mobile phones or other sound devices in the hall.
Keep your ticket until the end of the show.

Museum

According to our terms of admission, visitors will only be allowed in the exhibition rooms after purchasing a valid and personal ticket at the ticket office.
For security reasons the Museum may restrict some admissions.
For reasons of security or preservation of cultural assets or premises the Museum may determine some items to be deposited at the reception desk – video equipment, bulky or other valuable items.

In the Museum it is strictly forbidden:

  • Smoking – except in designated areas (cloister);
  • Animals – except in case of guide dogs for the blind; food and beverages;
  • It is not allowed to touch the works on display, to film, take photographs or record sounds, except when previously authorised in response to a written request.
